RETURN POLICY

Effective February 08, 2022

All items on the Stay Well Shop are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. 

However, if upon receipt your item is damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Service within thirty (30) days of delivery, so we can work with you to get you a replacement.  You can contact us via our online form or email us at contact@staywellshop.com  

Stay Well Mattress & Pillows Returns

As all purchases of Stay Well Mattress & Pillow are now made directly with the manufacturer Essentia, please contact Essentia directly for any mattress and pillow return and warranty inquiries.  Details on Essentia policies can be here: Essentia Refund Policy.
