FREE GROUND SHIPPING WITH ORDERS OVER $100*

*Free ground shipping for all orders over $100 (excluding mattresses) when shipping to the U.S. Orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska are not eligible for free ground shipping. At this time we do not offer international shipping, and we do not deliver to PO boxes, including any APO (Army Post Office), FPO (Fleet Post Office) or US Territory address.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders generally ship within 2-3 business days after purchase, unless the product is out of stock.  If a product is out of stock, you will be notified.

DELIVERY TIMES

Standard Ground Shipping - Please allow 3-7 business days for transit.

PREPARING FOR ALL NON-MATTRESS DELIVERIES

Deliveries generally arrive between 9 am and 5 pm, Monday through Friday. Carrier will not call before delivery. Carrier will attempt 3 deliveries. On each attempt, a delivery notice will be left at the door. Subsequently, you may pick up your order at the carrier facility indicated on the delivery slip at any time within the allotted time frame designated by the carrier.

BACKORDER POLICY

Customer satisfaction is a priority at Stay Well and while we do our best to ensure that we have sufficient stock on all of our items, on rare occasions the high demand for our products may have temporarily depleted our supply. If we run out of stock on a particular item that you’ve ordered, we will notify you via email with an anticipated delivery date. In the case of an order with multiple products, we will immediately ship all in-stock items. If you have any questions about your delivery, please contact a Stay Well Specialist.
